Getting close to graduating? Here are a few steps you will need to address

• Make sure you apply 2 semesters prior to completing coursework. You can apply in person at the Tooele Campus or go online http://www.usu.edu/registrar/graduation/
• Please be advised that it can take up to 60 days for your degree to be posted on your transcript.
• If you plan to participate in the USU Tooele Campus Graduation Ceremony held in April, please print and fill out the forms below. You can hand the completed forms into the front desk at the Tooele Campus.
